Help in a crisis

Rape Crisis Scotland is looking for women to help support the national helpline for those affected by sexual violence. Rape Crisis Scotland’s National Helpline provide’s immediate emotional support, information and signposting via phone and email to anyone aged 13+ who has been affected by sexual violence including survivors, family, friends or workers. All volunteers will receive extensive training and we hope will be able to commit to one shift a week. The helpline is open 365 days a week from 6pm to midnight.

We are particularly keen to hear from women who are currently under-represented on the helpline, particularly older women, BME women, disabled women and Trans women.
