DWP – at your service

A team of between 10 and 15 from the DWP wants to stick together and help out.  They’re offering a day from 10-4 and are flexible about which weekday it is.  It needs to be city centre but they’re flexible about what tasks they take on.  They want to be more aware of the obstacles that their customers face and of the resources within communities upon which they rely.  The only restriction is that it can’t be monetary so that rules out fundraising.

Organisations responding to this offer are responsible for ensuring appropriate insurances are in place, must be willing to supervise the task(s) and – if applicable – ensure risk assessments have been undertaken.  Normal policies and procedures of your organisation will apply.
