Could your organisation benefit from extra volunteers on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or Boxing Day?

Around this time of year, we start receiving calls from people keen to volunteer on Christmas Day.

While we understand that most organisations who remain open during this period will rely on existing volunteers, we are keen to signpost callers to organisations who could do with the extra help.

Does your organisation remain open as usual on Christmas Day, or provide a specific Christmas Day, Eve or Boxing Day service? Perhaps you need extra drivers to drop off Christmas dinners to local vulnerable people, need cover for volunteers who will be spending the day with their families, or need a hand with cooking a community meal?
