Strengthening Your Organisation’s Ability to Show Impact
For many community-based organisations, demonstrating impact can feel like a challenge. You know the difference your work is making, but finding the time, tools and confidence to evidence that impact — for funders, stakeholders, communities and future planning — is often easier said than done.
That’s where support can make a real difference.
Kate is offering support to community-based organisations looking to strengthen their ability to communicate the impact of their work. She has experience of advising organisations on how to gather evidence to show the difference they’re making and reporting this to funders; carrying out research on funded projects and producing learning reports; summarising policy and providing a snapshot on topics relevant to the third sector.
She also enjoys designing surveys, carrying out interviews with beneficiaries and stakeholders, and analysing data to make recommendations.
Kate can volunteer her time on Fridays, in the evenings and on occasional weekends.
She is particularly interested in volunteering in the areas of environment, physical and mental wellbeing or access to food, and would like to support existing work and to collaborate with staff and volunteers.
If your organisation could benefit from support to strengthen how it measures, evidences or communicates impact, you can contact Kate directly using the online contact form below.
