Cranhill Development Trust has pledged to:
- Create and expand appropriate opportunities for volunteering within Cranhill Development Trust,
and: - Ensure opportunities are accessible to all sections of the community, and that its volunteering workforce reflects the demographics of the city.
Cranhill Development Trust has approved the recommendation to make these pledges and agreed the following timescales:
- Cranhill Development Trust published baseline Charter census data in August 2016 – cdt-equality-and-diversity-census-08-16
- Cranhill Development Trust also undertook staff training in August 2016 to understand and plan for the impact of the Charter on the organisation and the city in general.
- Cranhill Development Trust will publish action plans for fulfilling Charter pledges by 30 November 2016
