About this opportunity:
You will be on hand to support our employability and IT team, assist individuals in the use of our IT systems as well as Microsoft Operating systems and word processing. We are a holistic service based on a relaxed and informal working environment. You will be central to the service we offer and provide to the community. HOW DO I GET INVOLVED? Frequency & Commitment: Minimum of 4 Hours shifts weekly and also other hours can be discussed.

Where does it happen/How do I get there?
Cranhill Development Trust, 109 Bellrock Street, Cranhill, Glasgow G33 3HE The CDT is easily located through public transport from Glasgow City Centre. Trains from Glasgow Queens Street, alighting at Carntyne train station and we are a 15 minute walk from the train station. Buses 41, 38E, 38B and X19. Please contact the Volunteer Coordinator for further information on how to access the CDT.

Group/Organisation aims: The Trust is a holistic centre of excellence based in the East End of Glasgow providing a vibrant focal point at the heart of Cranhill community. All of the services and activities provided are underpinned by a volunteering strategy which actively contributes to the regeneration of Cranhill, creating an inclusive thriving community. The Trust offers a range of classes, activities and services for all people within the local community.

Skills, experience, or qualifications required: Applicants should have a friendly, approachable manner, be reliable and enthusiastic, enjoy helping others, look to gain IT Support experience for their CV using their established IT skills.
