About this opportunity:
Cranhill Development Trust is seeking 10 fit and active volunteers to become Walk Leaders. You need to be over 18 years of age and able to lead a walking group of mixed ability people. Full training will be provided. A love of keeping fit and the outdoors is essential. The walks take place on Wednesday between 9:45am - 12:15pm. The role will include supporting members of the community to get out and be active, learning about local history and environment of the East End of Glasgow. After training it is envisaged that the walks will be volunteer led. Walk leaders must prepare walk routes well in advance and base them in and around the Cranhill community.
