Help Nature reclaim and old Colliery site by doing practical conservation work at Merkland Local Nature Reserve (LNR), tree felling, path maintenance, fence building and species surveys are just some of the activities you can take part in. Assist Merkland Conservation Volunteers and the Ranger service to manage this lovely local nature reserve.
