Committee skills for Rainbow Care
Rainbow Care are looking to recruit new Board members who have management, finance or organisational skills to enhance the existing member’s skills. The Board meets every month for 2 hours to discuss issues within the Centre. We are aiming to set up smaller Financial and Staffing sub-groups who will meet independently of the main meeting.
Rainbow Care provides physical and social recreation activities to elderly housebound, disabled and isolated people within the Greater Pollok area, and tackle issues of social exclusion by effectively combating isolation and preventing premature institutionalisation, enabling them to remain active citizens within their community.
