Become a Telephone Adviser

Citizens Advice Direct handle hundreds of enquiries every day from people needing advice on debt, benefits, employment and other issues.

They are currently recruiting more volunteers to help deliver this service within their modern and impressive contact centre in Glasgow’s Merchant City. You will start with excellent training and within a week will be handling calls and emails from the public.
