Adult Literacy & Numeracy (ALN) Service

Volunteer Glasgow provides an ALN Service to existing volunteers and potential volunteers. These classes will start the week beginning 9th January 2017. These classes are run on a first come first served basis and you must register before January 31st.

Digital Skills classes

  • Are you unsure about the internet and social media?
  • Do you want to learn more about the digital world?

We are providing a FREE course in digital skills, every Wednesday for 2 ½ hours from 10am to 12.30pm for anyone who:

  • Is already volunteering anywhere in Glasgow OR is considering doing so (we will support you to find a suitable opportunity)
  • Is able to type and read and write in English.

The course is funded by Digital Scotland and SCVO.

If you, or someone you know, needs help with reading, writing, numbers, IT, or the English language then we provide classes FREE OF CHARGE.

Each class is 2 hours per week for 12 weeks. See timetable below.

Friday 12pm – 2pm ESOL Literacies
