Module 2. Recruiting Volunteers

By taking part in this workshop you will . . .

• find out why people volunteer, and learn how to apply this knowledge to developing a recruitment strategy
• learn how to apply the recruitment process as a procedural model, including: (1) your initial response to an enquiry from a potential volunteer (2) understanding the real purpose of interviews (3) being really effective with your induction practice
• explore what constitutes an appropriate volunteer application pack
