Team offer: Cardinal Winning Secondary

Cardinal Winning – an assisted learning secondary school – has a group of students all aged 13-15yrs old who are working towards an award that requires them to learn a new skill and provide a service to the community. The group has disabilities that include learning difficulties and some are on the Autism Spectrum. However there are no mobility issues with the group. Students would be willing to take part in most activities – the only barrier would be their own capabilities. There are around 25 students in the group however this can be divided into smaller groups if the tasks require it. The group will be available anytime from January 2018 onwards until March 2018, and will be accompanied by teaching, support and external staff. If you think you can provide an opportunity for the students and have an activity or task you require help with, please get in touch!

Organisations responding to this offer are responsible for ensuring appropriate insurances are in place, be willing to supervise the task(s) and – if applicable – ensure risk assessments have been undertaken.  Normal policies and procedures of your organisation will apply.
