The Complete Volunteer Manager training series
This series of half-day workshops is designed for the busy volunteer manager. It will provide a useful grasp of all the basic skills and knowledge required by someone who regularly has to recruit, train and manage a body of volunteers as part of their work. There are five workshops which, together, build into a solid foundation that will instil confidence and assuredness in the volunteer manager’s ability.
