Befriending Services 
 

Befriending Service for Young Persons

The Volunteer Centre has been offering Befriending services for young people since 1986, providing supportive, adult volunteers for disadvantaged children and young people in a befriending setting.

Drumchapel Elderly Home Visiting Scheme

Project set up to promote the involvement of volunteers to befriend isolated and vulnerable older people living in the G15 area.

Priesthill Volunteers and Disabled People

Project providing support to local people with a physical or learning disability. Also recruits volunteers to work within project.

Springburn

Volunteers involved in Befriending the Elderly Schemes - V.I.B.Es is a befriending scheme for older people in the North of Glasgow which is managed by Springburn Volunteers.
