There are a number of organisations and initiatives within the Glasgow area providing support and information for carers.

West Glasgow Carers Centre - Project offering support, information, advice and training to carers and their families living in the North and West of the city.

Greater Pollok Carers Centre - Project offering support, information, advice and training to carers and their families living in the Greater Pollok area.

The Wellbeing Initiative - Training project for adults with a physical disability in Administration and office skills. Also operates a Health and Disability Information Service.

Priesthill Volunteers and Disabled People- Project providing support to local people with a physical or learning disability. Also recruits volunteers to work within project.

Drumchapel Elderly Home Visiting Scheme - Project set up to promote the involvement of volunteers to befriend isolated and vulnerable older people living in the G15 area.
